If you are local, make an appointment with Pivotal’s Saratoga office – otherwise we may come to you. We will discuss your goals, dreams and targets. Then we will explain how the Pivotal decision can work for your short and long term real estate investment plans. Together we will walk through the steps of building your small or large real estate investment portfolio.
Once you have made the Pivotal decision to invest for life, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to present your personalized investment plan, execute your consulting agreement and discuss the markets in which we will begin shopping.
Pivotal consulting is not education about how you may someday buy property the correct way. At Pivotal we believe only immediate, specific action produces results.
You can talk about how someday you will build or grow your wealth in real estate with anyone, but hiring Pivotal means taking action and moving toward specific, measurable results. Once you are a Pivotal client, we immediately begin shopping for investments that fit your new personal plan. You will have the opportunity to purchase solid investment property within 30 days of your Pivotal follow-up meeting. And you can count on your Pivotal consultant to provide a detailed due diligence package for each recommended property.
Once you have completed the property purchases for your initial investment plan (usually within 30 to 120 days), you can reflect on your outstanding portfolio of properties. You have concluded your first Pivotal moment, but don’t worry; it doesn’t have to stop here.
As your money grows, you will come to a point where you are ready to invest in more property. You may also want to set up a quarterly, bi-annual or annual review schedule.
