This information, sent via email, includes an invitation to an online, call-in event where you and other investors are given the project specifics and an opportunity to reserve a unit for purchase.

 

Pivotal’s residential projects are found in emerging growth markets across the country. Typically no more than 20 percent of a given subdivision or project is available to investors. These units are condominiums, town homes, single-family homes, duplexes and fourplexes. The typical Pivotal residential investment will be five years old or newer. Investors will find primarily new construction that is estimated from five to 20 percent below market value, break even or positive cash flow at 10 or 20 percent down, and properties will be in an area experiencing strong growth.
