Pivotal is a full service real estate investment company. As such, we maintain a list of emerging investment markets and identify new and emerging investment markets on a quarterly basis.
This involves reviewing extensive demographic information – such as job growth, population expansion, housing starts, residential and commercial permits, flow of investor funds, quarter over quarter appreciation trends and more. If a new market fits our criteria, we perform extensive on-the-ground research and planning. Pivotal is focused on where the growth is pushing and where in the market we can project the strongest cash-on-cash returns. Once we are comfortable with a new market and its sub-markets, we interview and build relationships with the strongest builders, developers and investment brokers, as well as local service providers, in that area.
